"The Inn is charming and the history of it is so captivating. Those who want spotless and sterile hotel rooms will find it less than ideal, because this place is an authentic step back in time -- original wood floors, antique chifferobes, etc. The 25 rooms are each uniquel, and the Inn itself gives the air that you have stepped back as in the movie "Somewhere in Time." My traveling companion and I found it delightful."
"Peace and quiet! James was so thoughtful and nice. The cabin is Off-grid but doesn't feel like it's lacking anything. Well thought out property with everything you need included.Solar lighting in all the spaces as well as an included battery pack for phone charging etc. Was a perfect stay for going to Diamond Hill mine. "
"This is probably one of the worst places I have ever stayed. Booked a non smoking room and it obviously wasnt. The room was in bad shape to begin with and the AC unit started leaking a couple days into my stay. A shelf had fallen off the wall and not put back up, shower curtain falling off the wall, tub was peeling and took a while to drain. The mattress was in bad shape and paint peeling off the ceiling. "
"This is a fairly new property in development stage, but its peace and somewhat secluded away from boating and lake activities, like a cove to yourself. There is an abundance of wildlife to share the property, nothing to worry much about, after all it is on the water. If you bring a boat, please take your time backing to boat ramp, it's a blindside back and 4wd wound be helpful to have as part of the ramp is gravel. The peninsula with the fire pit is a great spot under the trees to relax and fish. Wifi and phone is a little sketchy depending on your provider. The couch and rocker will put you to sleep with ease. We very much enjoyed our stay."
