This property boasts two comfy queen beds, fully equipped kitchen, laundry, and your own outdoor space including seating at the front of the home. 4 minutes to the university, this place is perfect for students or teachers! Foothills Hospital & 17th Ave are also only minutes away. No car? No problem! Transit and amenities, including grocery stores, are only steps away. I know you'll love it here!

Centrally located in tendy Killarney. Minutes away from she shops and restaurants of 17th Avenue. Close to Mount Royal University, Foothills Hospital, Killarney School, shopping, and transit. This location cannot be beat, especially for those who do not have a vehicle.
I strive to offer a boutique experience with the best in cleanliness, style, comfort, and hospitality. I go to great lengths to ensure my guests have a great stay!

Our family of 4 recently had the pleasure of staying in a beautifully upgraded and refurbished 2-bedroom lower suite in Calgary for four nights, and I cannot recommend it highly enough! From the moment we arrived, it was clear that great thought and care had gone into preparing this space for guests.The suite was impeccably clean and well-appointed, featuring modern furnishings and tasteful decor that made it feel both cozy and stylish. The attention to detail was evident in every corner, from the comfortable beds to the fully equipped kitchen, which made it easy to prepare meals during our stay.The location was also fantastic, providing easy access to local attractions and amenities. Whether we were exploring the city or simply relaxing in the suite, we felt right at home.Overall, this Vrbo stay exceeded our expectations in every way. A colleague and I were down for a conference at Mount Royal University and the suite was perfect. Really impressed with how crystal clean everything was and how simple and easy the whole process was. I absolutely recommend the space to anyone needing a spot in the area.
