"Great hotel, not quite 5 star compared to the Caribbean, Greece or Turkey. Welcome - No welcome drink, but we did get our room earlier than check in which we were grateful of. Room - Faultless except, you have to ask to restock the mini fridge for water or soft drinks. Facilities - Good. La Sal Buffet - Excellent food, quality and choice. "The only thing going for that property is the staff from reception to bar to waiters, everybody is amazing so loving so happy performing their jobs with a full heart But the rooms are from the 17th century, and the Bed broke my back there are no Bed Sheets and no pillows no blankets. "This hotel was nice. The only issue I encountered was the food variety. After hours, they only serve burgers, hotdogs, and basically unhealthy food. The lobby bar staff was phenomenal. They protected my daughter from an older potential predator. They were friendly and very professional."

"The view from our room was absolutely beautiful! The bummer was that the hot tub didn’t get hot for the first two nights and by the time it was fixed we didn’t use it. The shower needs some attention too as it’s a little older. The staff was very nice and helpful. "
