Avoid this property like the plague! While the staff was generally helpful, the hotel - especially the elevator had an unusual, unpleasant smell about it. (Other guests commented to me about it too.) My junior suite room was large enough, but the way the furniture was laid out it still felt cramped. The style seemed at least 50 years old with red shag throw carpets, a large heavy arm chair used as a desk chair, etc. The original room safe didn't work - the staff couldn't get it to work either - and literally had to be unscrewed and replaced. The cable TV needed 2 remotes to function and while providing a multitude of channels, had just one news program in English (no BBC, CNN, Aljizera, etc.) which was just the dealing with Egyptian news. Finally, there never was any hot water for shaving, showering, etc.

Everything about the hotel is photoshop, the hotel is nothing near international standard. It’s probab more so for local residence of Cairo. This hotel should not be on Expedia at all it’s a disgrace. Dirty is number one , charging you for bad food, uncleineness in the dining area and food is not fresh. The rooms are small, dark and smelly. Sheets not changed and of course no coffee maker a hot water pot that’s filthy along with its glasses No tea or coffee as mentioned Towels and old and not well cleaned They try to make you pay for any convinces that you’ve been already promised by the hotel They are more upset at you when you ask for your rights it was a very uncomfortable stay may be to sleep at night and run out at day if you cannot do any better

Less than a motel .. Not worth your money

Decent hotel near airport & big mall

Pretty decent for the purpose we needed on the last day of our travel. Surrounding environment was clean and felt safe. A short taxi ride to Sun City Mall and Airport. Our room was large and clean with necessary basic toiletries. All in all we were satisfied.

Near the airport!

Close to the airport, just do not let them overcharge you for a ride to the airport. The place is in a good condition, charges extra for food and for the shuttle. A bit smaller than anticipated.

Hotel room was nice. However, breakfast was not good, barely anything left by the time we got there. Hotel staff can be improved, WiFi didn’t work in our room.

Det var bra service dom var hjälp samma. Bra städning i rummet. Dom kunde även engelska som är plus. Nackdelarna var att hissen var ur funktion ibland och att det luktade illa vid hissen ibland (inte i hotell rummet)
