Book my stay on a day prior and received confirmation of my booking only to receive and email on landing in Carnis from Sydney that the hotel would not honour my booking leaving me stranded without a hotel room which was very distressing .

It is an older complex with a beach ambience. They have done it up however the building is tired. Our room was clean. No one manning reception but a personal note was pinned to the reception door. When you need a place to crash - no problem! If you are looking for luxury and sophistication then this is not for you! Would we book again? Yes!
