「Extraordinary friendly and helpful staff. Very very good service. Nice hotel, nice rooms and wonderful garden area. We had a great time and can fully recommend it - except for the following: The only minus: the hotel charged us VAT although not applicable. They pretend that this is practice. This is not the case (experience with many other hotels in Israel and checked again today with other hotels here) and this is also not correct (if you are not subject to a law, you are not. 「The apartment complex is well located in Ceasarea. The unit is pretty much an efficiency. You can cook a bit, but the facilities are limited. No reading lamps - just overhead lights. Owner responsive. Property could use some maintenance. Strange stove and microwave setup. Bathroom is tiny and difficult to use the sink. No store or eating facilities close by - you need a car. Community pool is indoor - with some outdoor sitting area. Ceasarea shuts down on Shabbat so you need to get groceries...
