「In my initial room multiple things didnt work. staff were responsive but it was taking awhile to get it fixed with doubts about whether everything could be repaired. My only criticism is that when I asked if I should just take a different room it took awhile (but prob'ly shorter) to say yes. Other than that the place was great!」
「The place is good, despite the crowded area is not noisy. The sea is very close, 5 minutes walk. There are numerous cafes and shops nearby. In the evenings, Independence Square in front of the hotel turns into a resting place for citizens and guests of the city with shopping shops and children's attractions. I liked everything, we relax in the hotel 3 times, we will come again.」
「La chambre est plutôt pas mal, même si c’est un peu cher pour ce que c’est. Localisation magnifique, très proche de la plage, de ce côté là c’est merveilleux. Mais le personnel est vraiment peu aimable… entre le service de chambre qui te réveille tôt en frappant à ta porte avec force, le personnel à la piscine et de sécurité peu agréable. Ils vont même jusqu’à faire sortir les gens de la piscine 20/25 minutes avant la fermeture en fermant autour du bassin alors que les gens sont encore dedans…...

The hotel CEO, Orly, gives personal attention to all details and guests like nothing I’ve experienced before. Staff greats you every time they see you. Dining in the hotel is in the coffee shop, which serves excellent breakfast, and Mediterranean menu throughout the day. Rooms are clean, and have a little kitchen that serves us...
