AC didn’t work. I called 4 times and they kept saying that there is nothing wrong with it but it wouldn’t cool. Hotel was dirty and loud. Never again.

Location can’t be beat. Check in was smooth. Hotel is beautiful and historic. Room was recently renovated and felt brand new. Nice touches throughout including lighting, built-in cabinets, and a great bathroom with excellent water pressure. Will definitely stay here again.
