The Space:

Accommodating up to 6 guests, Le Patrimoine offers beautiful views of the St. Lawrence River, perfect for watching the sunset or simply enjoying a relaxing moment. The chalet features a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable spaces, a bright living room, and all the essential amenities for an enjoyable stay.



The chalet features two bedrooms as well as additional sleeping space. A Queen bed and a sofa bed are available on the second floor.

* A minimum stay of 3 nights is required during statutory holidays.

Depending on the services applicable to the property, maintenance personnel may be present outside the chalet Monday through Friday, between 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., including for hot tub maintenance, groundskeeping, snow removal, or waste management. No indoor maintenance will be performed unless there is an emergency. Our team will work discreetly to avoid disturbing your stay. Your presence is not required.
