100 % de reembolso si cancela con al menos 60 días de anticipación a la fecha de check-in.* (Se deducirá un 5 % por concepto de cargo por cancelación, más el 13 % de impuesto sobre las ventas aplicado al monto total de la reservación).

50 % de reembolso (menos el cargo por servicio) si cancela con al menos 30 días de anticipación a la fecha de check-in.*

No habrá reembolso si la cancelación se realiza con menos de 30 días de anticipación a la fecha de check-in.

Las reservaciones que incluyan fechas durante Navidad y Año Nuevo no son reembolsables.

El reembolso se realizará al método de pago original utilizado al momento de efectuar la reservación, deduciendo cualquier cargo por procesamiento aplicado al pago o al reembolso.

No se harán excepciones. Recomendamos adquirir un seguro de viaje para protegerse ante situaciones imprevistas.
