Excellent all around!! Would definitely stay again. Very Beautiful and clean. No complaints what so ever. Isabella was awesome, and the welcome treat was such a nice suprise! We loved every second of our stay here!

Even nicer than the photos - beautiful condo and resort

After a long day of travel it was so nice to have Johana waiting with margaritas, chips,salsa and guac and she was very helpful during our stay. The unit is beautiful and the balcony is huge with a great view and morning sunshine/afternoon shade. It’s an easy walk (about 20 min) to downtown Cabo via either the beach or the road or a quick taxi ride. The food and drinks at the resort are very expensive so we mostly ate breakfast and lunch in and went out for dinners. The only things that weren’t provided that we could have used were an extra roll of paper towels, a kitchen sponge or something to wash pans, and washcloths in the bathrooms. Would definitely stay here again if we came back!!

Amazing!

This is a beautiful resort with all the amenities a family could ask for. It was clean, beautiful and super kind and polite staff! Alberto was especially sweet and took care of us at the pool! Eating on property will add up fast but overall worth it! Lareina and Ernesto company super easy to work with. Highly recommend!

Perfect Stay

We were pleasently surprised with this amazing property. Everything we needed was right there! Beds were comfortable, kitchen was stocked. One of the best VRBO's we have stayed at!

Great two bedroom condo

This condo is clean, very spacious with a large patio. Kitchen had everything we needed for cooking our meals as we did not add the resort’s AI option. The owner provided great communication pre arrival and when we had flights cancelled she tried to offer an alternative for us!! Beautiful resort, La Estancia, with great pool on swimmable beach area of Medano Beach. Staying in this resort gives access to neighbouring sister resort pools/restaurants. We would definitely stay again!

A lovely vacation in a great unit

Our stay at Villa La Estancia in this unit was nice and relaxing. The resort is well maintained and the food was very good. Booking with Lareina was smooth and she was really helpful in accommodating our requests. One really nice touch was that there were items left in the unit like cooking oil, coffee filters, etc. This made it easy to just go buy some basics and make use of the kitchen, etc. Friends we were traveling with had a different unit from a different owner and it was bare other then than a small amount of basic toiletries.

What a wonderful perfect getaway!

Everything was so great! From the welcome surprise to the ease of check-in and upkeep of the villa, it was all perfect. We loved our stay and can't wait to come back.

Very nice place

Had a very nice visit, check in was easy. Didn't have to lug our luggage to room, they brought it up to room, same leaving. Loved the condo clean and cozy. Maria the maid was very nice. Did not have much contact with Oscar the concierge. We had problems with TV service. Other than all was excellent. Will be back some day soon. Thank you !!!

Awesome property with excellent concierge to help with transportation, groceries, and welcome margaritas!! Walking distance to the "OFFICE" and great view of the Sea of Cortez. We love Villa La Estancia!

Perfect for our family.

From the minute we arrived to the second we left the trip at villa la estancias was perfect. The extra touches like the welcome party and the concierge took pressure of finding restaurants and activities away. We recommend you book a week unless it is the week will be returning. Beautiful Property

Property was exactly as described. Bedrooms and baths were very clean and spacious. The resort amenities were very nice and service was outstanding. We will be back again later this year.

Birthday week in Cabo

From the moment we set foot in the place we knew this was quality at its finest. Once we worked our way to the back deck and overlook the property and the ocean we knew we were in heaven. The bedrooms were on opposite sides of the living quarters which made for a great two couple accommodations. The service staff and all involved were so helpful in making our stay the best it could be.

Amazing stay in Cabo! This is a must book

We had a fantastic time communicating with the property management and the concierge service that they provide. The unit itself is extremely nice and was bigger than what the pictures even show! The unit is very clean, spacious, and has amazing views of the beach and courtyard. Upon arrival the staff was very nice and having the personal concierge made for a great surprise of margaritas and fresh guacamole. Before we could put our bags down we were already enjoy snacks! If you are looking for a relaxing and beautiful stay I would 100% book this VRBO and will be back soon. 10 out of 10 and looking forward to spending more time here in the future.

Beautiful Room and Resorts!!

My husband and I came to Cabo to renew our wedding vows for our 10 year Anniversary. We picked the Villa Estencia because we have stayed there many times before. We especially loved this room. It was the first time that I stayed at the Villa that the owner provided much more than expected. Coffee Maker, Blender, Condiments, pool rafts, shampoo and conditioner, blow dryer etc... They even have your own private concierge. It was a beautiful experience and I defiantly will be coming back. Thank you so much for making our stay so wonderful!! Oh and I almost forgot. The night we renewed our vows we came back to our room and they had Champagne and Chocolate covered strawberries waiting for us and our King size comfy bed was decorated with rose petals that said " Happy Anniversary and Balloons throughout the room. IMPRESSED!!!

Incredibly beautiful unit with all the amenities

This unit is even more beautiful than the photos suggest with three full bathrooms and a great kitchen. The personal concierge created an amazing guacamole and chips appetizer for us with homemade Margaritas as well. We were one of the last groups able to visit before the travel shutdown due to Covid 19. We will definitely go back another time when we can truly enjoy the property, beach and town. We can't express enough how impressed we are with the quality of this unit, it's furnishings and the kitchen. The deck is huge with comfortable furniture and views of the ocean and beach. They even left things from previous tenants that they thought might be of use to us instead of just clearing it out and us having to start fresh with condiments, spices and even some alcohol. We truly love this place and for 7 magical days, it felt like an oasis away from the troubling news starting back at home. We are now quarantined at home due to the virus but dreaming of Unit 3509.

Another Wonderful Stay

This was our 4th stay at Estancia and our second time in Crystal’s unit. Her unit is well maintained, has everything you would need in the kitchen and has a wonderful view!! The employees at the resort are wonderful, always with a smile and a Hola as you walk by. I will definitely be staying at Estancia in the future. Thanks Crystal

Beautiful villa and very well equipped!

We have stayed for several years now at Estancia and in a number of different villas. While I can’t say that there’s a bad villa on the property, I will say some are better equipped than others. 3509 is definitely well equipped! We were able to unpack and settle in with everything we needed already provided! The villa is well maintained and beautiful. The beds are very comfortable and the view off the balcony is stunning. A definite recommendation for anyone considering staying at Estancia!

We very much enjoyed staying at this property. The communication with the property manager was honest, accurate and punctual. The property was very clean with every amenity available. Everything in the unit was in good shape and in working order. Upon arrival, we were greeted in the unit by Oscar and Saul who had prepared chips, guacamole, salsa, and beverages, which was appreciated after a day of traveling. We had other family staying next door at the Arco and our room and property was much nicer and we enjoyed the privacy and exclusivity of the Estancia to get away from the busyness of the other resorts. The staff was very courteous and accommodating providing excellent service. The pool and beach areas are also very nice and the property is in a great location only a short walk or ride to downtown and the marina. I was initially a little nervous about the property and hoping that the pictures and description were accurate. Needless to say, the property exceeded my expectations. I will definitely be staying in this unit again, if available, on the next trip to Cabo.

This unit is amazing & host was great

We absolutely loved this property. It was clean, beautiful, and best of all the host was amazing. They made hand made guacamole and margaritas right when we checked into the room. Definitely making it a place to return to often.

Great villa

Beautiful private owned villa, very clean and well cared for, has everything you could need. A lot of nice amenities available at the resort. Great service, but be careful where you set your stuff down around the pool, the staff like to take your belongings and are dishonest when confronted. Luckily mgmt addressed it promptly. Nice beach. A lot of locals trying to sell you stuff on the beach all day becomes quite excessive after 8 days, but it's typical for Cabo. Great experience at Villa Estancia! Will be back.
