My wife and I were able to have an amazing vacation. The home was even better than it was described in the write up. Don the host was very accommodating with information to allow us to have a wonderful vacation. The best thing is the home is in an amazing Resort that just made the vacation even more enjoyable!Looking forward to coming back in the near future!

We had a very relaxing time. The accomodatoon was very well appointed and the facilites were great. We did not need to leave the property as everything we needed was there for our 4 day stay.

Absolutely perfect- Highly Recommend!!

We had an amazing experience at this villa! From the moment we booked, the host was incredibly communicative—always quick to respond and super helpful with any questions we had. Everything was exactly as advertised (if not better). The villa itself was spacious, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.What really stood out were the people—everyone at the resort was so kind, helpful, and welcoming. The resort is stunning: immaculately clean, with a gorgeous swim-up bar, and located right on the ocean. It truly felt like a luxury getaway.We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay, and we’ll absolutely be back. Highly, highly recommend!

Memorable Stay at Beautiful Villa 1205

We had a ladies weekend getaway in Cabo and picked this place due to the location and photos. This did not disappoint. Every one of us loved the condo. It was clean, plenty of space and very comfortable for the four of us. The resort was perfect, with so many amenities available. The security was great and felt safe the whole time. Also within 15-20 minute walk to the town, marina, shopping. Communication with Don was top notch. Couldn't recommend this place enough. We will be back. Great unit in a great resort.

We have stayed at Estancia for years so we are fairly familiar with the resort. Don (the host) was an excellent host and provided us with all of the information we needed well before our arrival date so we felt comfortable our place was guaranteed. Don also provided us with a good list of local restaurants and made sure he was available in case there were any issues (there weren’t). Most of the units at Estancia are individually owned so there’s some variation amongst the units. This unit has a very well-equipped kitchen so if you are making drinks or snacks or even a big dinner, you’re probably covered. Beautiful deck, too, with lots of greenery! Thanks, Don! We’ll be back.

Perfect Property. Great Management!

This property is in a perfect location, extremely well maintained, with n exceptional pool, access to the beach, and the staff is wonderful! Coming to Cabo & Cancun for 20 years this is the absolute best property of this type I've stayed at. The owner Don is responsive, organized, and on top of his game :-)

Villa 1205

This was absolutely one of the best places I’ve ever had the pleasure to stay! The villa was amazing in every way! Spacious, very clean, and great location! Don was an amazing host! He pretty much handled our every need! I would highly recommend villa 1205! We are already planning our next trip and it will definitely include Villa 1205!!

Great family and friends stay

Beautiful property, spacious, comfortable beds and sofas and plenty of kitchen supplies. The private concierge was very helpful and the resort had everything you need.

The perfect Cabo experience

Can't say enough great things about our recent stay at Villa La Estancia in Cabo. Don, the owner, was a perfect host. Very responsive from the minute our condo was booked. Provided excellent recommendations for local restaurants, transportation to and from the airport, and the resort itself. The condo is just like pictured - very spacious and well maintained. Perfect Getaway

We enjoyed our stay from beginning to end. It was the perfect location in Cabo to walk to Restaurants on the beach as well as a quick ride into town. The property is well-maintained and clean. The market on the property is perfect to get coffees and pastries in the morning as well as breakfast snacks, and lunch. The pool was buzzing with lots of friendly people, as well as attentive and friendly staff members.

Great location and view of the ocean

The unit was spacious and clean. We had a wonderful view of the ocean and the pool. Access to all of the neighboring complexes for restaurants. Overall it was quiet but allowed for lots of time to enjoy my family!!!!

Highly recommend!!

Our trip at La Estancia was truly amazing! Villa was beautiful and had a great view! Don was a fantastic host and even helped with transportation to and from the airport. The entire resort is impeccable and one of the cleanest places I have ever stayed. I also love how you can eat at the other restaurants next to the property. Can’t recommend enough!! Hope to come back next year!
