This luxury 2100 sq ft 3-bedroom recently remodeled condo is the perfect place to stay for your vacation in Cabo, it is located in the heart of Cabo San Lucas, one block from the famous Medano beach, and only a five-minute walk to the center of Cabo and the Marina. This beautiful condo which can easily sleep six guests with a King bed in the master bedroom, a Queen and a Twin bed in the second bedroom and two Twin Bunk beds in the third bedroom, there are two beautifully appointed bathrooms with all the amenities plus hair dryers. The Kitchen has everything to satisfy all your cooking needs, including a dishwasher! UV water filters supply water throughout the condo including the refrigerator for cold drinking water and making ice. Eat at the large granite island that seats 6 or BBQ your catch of the day on the spacious Patio where you can enjoy the beautiful view of the courtyard and pool, while waiting for your laundry to finish in the built in Washer & Dryer. Quiet air conditioning in each room keeps you cool during the warm summer nights. For your viewing entertainment a 55” Flat Screen Smart TV is provided in the living room. 40” Flat Screen Smart TVs are in both bedrooms. This condo has its own dedicated Fiber Optic Internet service (300 Mbps) plus phone service with free Local & International calling.
This condo is located on the sixth floor of the building, there are two elevators, for easy handicap access there is a wheelchair ramp heading up to the entrance of the building on the poolside. In the Lobby you will find a beautiful 'Nail Bar & Spa', 'Serrano’s Bar' and a 'General Store'. Also in the lobby is our concierge ‘Elly’ who will be happy to help you book your dinner reservations or book any of the many activities that are in Cabo and surrounding areas.
Marina Sol has five buildings in the middle is a lush oasis of grass, tropical flowers and palm trees, featuring one of the largest heated pools in Cabo San Lucas, where you can relax and enjoy the sun, if you are in need of refreshments, you will be happy with the swim-up bar or enjoy a relaxing time in the large Jacuzzi, also in the courtyard is a games room with a Pool Table, Table Tennis and two TV, s. If food is your pleasure, then dine at 'Tres Amigas Cantina' our poolside Restaurant and Bar, they serve Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner at very reasonable prices.
A two minute walk and you are on the beautiful golden sands of Medano beach, one of the best swimming beaches in Cabo featuring wonderful restaurants and all kinds of water sports. Take a water taxi with the family to see the famous “Cabo Arch” and “Lovers Beach”. Another five-minute walk and you will find the center of town and the Marina, Cabo San Lucas has some of the best sports fishing in the world. Conveniently located are two Supermarkets and a large shopping mall, all about a two-minute walk from Marina Sol.
