Vistana del Cabo is a small and private community with just 38 houses. They are all designed in a nautical style. All roads are paved to get there. It is located 1 minute from Costco, 5 minutes from Walmart and 6 minutes to public beach and downtown. Neighborhood is private residences and very quiet. Pool, Jacuzzi and barbecue areas are common area but rarely occupied. Vistana is gated. walled and guarded. 1000 sq ft tiled roof deck provides spectacular views of Lands End (the arch). The property has been adorned with art from many local artists which reflects the flavor of Mexico. Included art forms are bark art, yarn art, bead art from the Huichol tribe, stamped leather art and ceramic art. We have tried to make staying here a joyful experience.
