"If you arrive early they don’t let you check in until 3pm. Meanwhile you can use the facilities. We got to the cabin and it was filthy dirty, no hot water even though they tried to get it to work 3 times. We found rat poop on the beds and around and the person said he cleaned the cabin came back to take care of it and still left rat poop on the bed. The shower and toilet were disgusting. He said he can only do what he can with the supplies he was given. Very poor experience. "

"This property has a few cabins on one very nicely landscaped secure property. It was clean, had nice linens, bedding and beds - very functional. The pool is very small - just a plunge pool, but we were the only ones using it and it did the trick to cool us off. The communication with the owner was not great - I had sent an email a while back that never got a response, and I never got any check in info re gate or cabin code (this could be a VRBO problem, but I have not had this kind of issue...
