"I was move to this hotel after booking a previous one through hotels.com. Once arrived I was checked in. Long painful process of 4 transactions for transfers food city tax etc. after asking about all of these. I was gave a room. I think the walls were so thin surprisingly they stay up. I could hear what the person next door was watching on the phone and hear there alarm they snoozed 20 times. I could also hear every conversation which was being held out side through out the night. To top it off I was woken to hammer chisel on the wall opposite side to wear some construction must have started. Not the best of stays. I book over 100 a year through hotels.com and this is one of the lowest ones."

"Rooms basic for a 4 star hotel. No tea or coffee facilities in room. First night room was cold and pillows flat. Poor night sleep. Quite isolated from nearby amenities. Staff at reception not very friendly or helpful. Checked out a day early even though I paid for 3 nights. Probably wouldn’t stay again. None of the facilities were explained to me. 😔😔"

"The hotel room was clean and spacious for our group of 3. The room was clean and also the bathroom. It would have been better if they have a small fridge inside the room- not just for convenience in storing food but for meds like insulin. We had a pleasant stay."

"Absolutely awesome hotel. Great specious room more like a small one room apartment. Very nice breakfast. Clean and quiet. Free parking. The only small downside is the distance to the tram or bus to the old town center.but since we came with a car and there is a park & ride free parking lot 3 min. drive from the hotel we had no issue with rhat. Bottom line great hotel especially for travelers with a car."
