「The place just didn’t seem clean. It wreaked or Fabuloso. We were told to not block the driveway, but someone else blocked it, so we had to walk don the block just to get on the sidewalk. I slept in my clothes afraid to look at the sheets underneath the covers afraid to see what I would see. Worse than a Motel 6. 」

「Overall, property was good. However, it is not a corner unit, has very small peak of ocean, and has very little to no noise proofing from upstairs unit. You can hear everything from upstairs unit- as if why are in your unit! Property management was nice and responsive and offered to place us in alternative unit with no ocean view and overlooking a parking lot at a reduced rate. While a nice gesture, it wasn’t what we were looking for in a rental at the ocean. Street noise was a problem on...

「This is the ideal spot if you’re staying in Duxbury. We came down for a wedding, and Rick‘s place was in the center of everything. Easy access to the water, to an incredible bakery three doors down and to Island Creek Oysters, where the reception was.The condo is spacious, extremely clean and had all the amenities we needed.
