The arrival instructions seemed geared toward guests arriving by car, and there weren’t clear directions for those using rideshare or public transportation. It also would have been helpful to have the exact building address rather than just the complex name, as that made navigation more difficult on arrival. "The rooms were very cleaned and looked like it showed on line. We also took advantage of the kickback time and ate dinner. The breakfast choices were amazing and well kept up. The only downsides were valet parking was a nightmare and expensive! The cost wasn’t mentioned online anywhere. Wait time for car pickup was horrible. We never got a text the night before as promised and they couldn’t find my car. We were late for our appt. Even though we checked out before 8am. "
