Wir können diese Wohnung nicht empfehlen!Vieles alt und heruntergekommen. Das Bad ist extrem klein (2 m breit) , wenn man auf der Toilette sitzt kommt man mit den Armen immer gegen die Duschtür. Wären wir etwas größer, kämen wir mit den Knien an die Wand. Der Mülleimer war voll mit Flüssigkeit und stank. Der Alibert war außen voll mit Flecken. Schimmel in der Dusche. Der Kinderkleiderschrank war mit Unterwäsche der Vormieter bestückt. Überall Flecken von zerdrückten Mücken. Alles voll mit Spinen und deren Weben. Die SChränke innen Staubig. Der Teppich im Wohnzimmer voller Flecken. Die Matratzen im 70er Jahre Schrankbett ekelig mit Flecken, die Schutzbezüge zerrissen, Betten superhart. Scharnkbettschublade 1 hatte keinen Boden, die zweite war aus der Verankerung gerissen. Das Bettzeug roch wie zuletzt vor 3 Monaten gewaschen. Auf der Fensterbank viel Staub und tote Fliegen. Das Sofa voller Flecken. Der Fernsehr tats nicht. Die Spiele waren bis auf 2 unvollständig und alles in den Schrank geschmissen. Darüber eine staubige Sammlung von alten Kerzen, Glühbirnen und Nippes. Wir haben und beschwert, 1 Tag nach Ankunft: Keine Reaktion. Dann nach 5 Tagen noch mal. Antwort: "Wir leiten das an die Hausverwaltung und den Besitzer weiter." Die Reinigungsgebühr ist ein Witz! Wir haben sie zurückgefordert, leider gab es darauf bis heute keine Reaktion. Die Anlage mit Schwimmbad, Spielplatz und Grillplätzen sowie Sauna ist toll und ruhig. Edeka /Bäcker sehr nah, Strand ein gutes Stück.

Die Lage und das Haus selber sehr schön , toller Garten zum toben für die Kinder, viel Spielzeug. Sauna und Pool ist das Highlight bei schlechtem Wetter. Negativ ist leider die in die Jahre gekommene Ausstattung der Wohnung. Leider auch nicht sauber. Trotz 55 Euro Endreinigung u.a. schmutziges Geschirr in den Schränken , überall Staub, Jalousien defekt..usw.

Schöne Ferienwohnung

Wir wurden aufgrund einer Doppelbelegung in dieFerienwohnung "Kleine Antje" untergebracht. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt und können diese nur empfehlen. Wir haben schon öfters dort gebucht und können diese Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen. Nette Gastgeber und vor Ort jederzeit bei Fragen jemand erreichbar. Vielen Dank.

Kleine,gemütliche Wohnung

Die Wohnung war sauber und es gab alles was man benötigt . Das Problem mit dem Warmwasser wurde schnellstmöglich behoben. Das Bad ist sehr schmal,aber dort hält man sich ja auch nicht allzu lange auf. Die Lage ist gut,um die Ecke ist ein ganz toller Biomarkt. Der Strand von Burhave ist auch fußläufig erreichbar,allerdings für kleinere Kinder schon ein gutes Stück entfernt.

Tolle Anlage

Wir kommen definitiv wieder auf diese Anlage, jedoch würden wir uns beim nächsten Mal eine etwas größere Wohnung nehmen. Das Badezimmer war schon sehr schmal, für die 5 Tage hat es aber vollkommen gereicht. Die Nutzung des Pools haben wir nicht in Anspruch genommen, da es dort sehr oft schon voll war. Dafür konnten wir die herrliche Sauna nutzen, was nach einem stürmischen Tag sehr gut tat. Wohnung war sauber und für 2 Erwachsene und einem Grundschulkind ausreichend. Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Anlage sehr ruhig.
