We rent our small cozy apartment in our traditional thatched house right on the dike in a quiet location and close to the sea. It is fully equipped with everything you need. On the large garden plot you also have its own separate area where they can relax, barbecue and let the day end (URL HIDDEN) hot days is available a pool to cool ready.

Guest Interaction

We are four siblings who inherited the house from our grandparents and a / one of us is available for questions, tips and local problems any time at your disposal. At your request, we will give you recommendations on where to buy good fish, watch a fishing port, a walk, go swimming and much more can do.

The neighborhood

The North Sea with the beautiful Wadden Sea is ideal for long walks and excursions. She however is limited for bathing, there is in place a separate beach, which is often used by holidaymakers. Regardless of the tide can be bathed in a small lake with fresh seawater seafront. Easily accessible is the beautiful little fishing village Fedderwardersiel, from where also daily trips. In bad weather, you can also visit the place with your kids play barn. The beautiful cities of Bremen, Bremerhaven and Wilhelmshaven invite you to discover.

Sehr schƶne kleine Wohnung

Die Ferienwohnung ist ideal fĆ¼r Alleinreisende oder ein PƤrchen. Sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Keine 40 m vom Deich entfernt. Sehr ruhige Lage, ideal, wenn man mal die Seele baumeln lassen mƶchte. Es gibt aber auch vieles, was man in der Umgebung machen kann. Einfach die Gastgeberin nach Tipps fragen.

Sehr schƶne kleine Wohnung fĆ¼r 2 Personen

Die kleine Wohnung stand fĆ¼r uns 2 Personen, die die meiste Zeit eh unterwegs sind vƶllig ausreichend, gemĆ¼tlich eingerichtet und sehr sauber zur VerfĆ¼gung. Annemarie hat uns super lieb empfangen und uns alles gezeigt. Der Garten mit groƟem Pool und eigenem kleinen Bereich fĆ¼r uns allein mit weitem Blick Ć¼ber die GrĆ¼nflƤchen hat uns ebenfalls sehr gut gefallen. Die NƤhe zum Deich (keine 40m von der HaustĆ¼r) macht das Ferienhaus noch ansprechender. Einmal hochgestiegen, haben wir jedes mal eine lƤngere Zeit auf dem Deich verbracht und die groƟen Schiffe beim Ein- und Auslaufen und Beladen im in Sichtweite liegender Containerhafen von Bremerhaven mit unserem Fernglas beobachtet. Auch die SonnenuntergƤnge waren von hier aus sehr schƶn! Auch die Nordseelagune in Burhave lƤsst sich von hier aus mit dem Fahrrad gut erreichen. Alles in allem hat uns der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen!

Sehr liebevoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung mit toller Landschaft

Der Aufenthalt in Annemaries Nordsee Haus hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Wohnung ist sehr schƶn eingerichtet und bietet alles was man braucht. Mit dem Auto ist sie optimal zu erreichen, ist man ohne Auto unterwegs sollte man bei An- und Abreise auf die Buszeiten achten, vor Ort lƤsst sich aber alles mit dem Fahrrad im Rahmen kleinerer Fahrradtouren gut erledigen.

GemĆ¼tlich entspannen in ruhiger Atmosphere im Nordseehaus mit friesischem Charme

Wir wollten kurz vor Weihnachten nochmal ein paar Tage entspannen und haben uns fĆ¼r einen Aufenthalt in Annemaries Nordseehaus direkt am Deich entschieden. Es war definitiv die richtige Wahl. Wir hatten die kleine Ferienwohnung mit idyllischem Ausblick auf den Deich. Annemarie hat uns im wahrsten Sinne des Wortes einen warmen Empfang bereitet. Denn als wir ankamen, war alles bereits kuschlig warm beheizt. Die Wohnung selbst war sauber und gemĆ¼tlich. Man konnte sehen, dass sie bedacht und mit Liebe fĆ¼rs Detail hergerichtet wurde. In den paar Tagen in denen wir dort waren hat es uns an nichts gefehlt. Vom Feuerzeug Ć¼ber den Flaschenƶffner bis zur Taschenlampe, war alles da. So hatten wir zB. auch eine beachtliche Auswahl an DVDs, BĆ¼chern und Spielen. Das Wetter war jedoch gut genug um ein paar AusflĆ¼ge zu machen. Gegen eine kleine GebĆ¼hr hatten wir hierfĆ¼r die Mƶglichkeit bei der Gastgeberin zwei FahrrƤder auszuleihen. Alles in allem haben wir uns sehr willkommen und wohl gefĆ¼hlt. Annemarie war super freundlich und Ć¼ber die MaƟen zuvorkommend. Wir hatten ein paar sehr entspannte und ruhige Tage, genau wie wir es uns gewĆ¼nscht hatten. Und wir kommen gerne wieder. Jedoch wĆ¼rden wir beim nƤchsten Mal eventuell noch einen Wagen mieten. Man ist zwar ohne Auto nicht komplett aufgeschmissen, da es ein gut funktionierendes Busnetz gibt, aber es erleichtert den Aufenthalt wenn man nicht auf Bus und Taxi angewiesen ist.

ruhiges Ferienappartement in laendlicher Lage

Das Appartment befindet sich im Wohnhaus der Familie und ist mit allem Erforderlichen ausgestattet. Zusaeztlich kann man den grossen Garten nutzen. Das Haus befindet sich in sehr ruhiger, laendlicher Lage, wer Grossstadtlaerm und Verkehrsstress entfliehen moechte, ist hier genau richtig. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich und gibt bereitwillig Auskunft. Allerdings ist unbedingt ein Auto bzw. Fahrrad erforderlich, um Einzukaufen oder zum Strand zu gelangen. Die Umgebung eignet sich sehr gut zum Fahrradfahren und Entspannen im Gruenen.

Uns hat die Wohnung gefallen

Die Wohnung ist in einer ruhige Landschaft gelegen somit gut zu Erholung nach langen Wanderungen, die wir auch gut ausgenutzt haben, fĆ¼r ruhe lieber ist die Wohnung zu empfehlen und zur Unternehmen gibt's auch genug
