- $200 refundable security deposit is required prior to your stay. This will be refunded within 7 days after checkout, provided no damage, excessive cleaning, or policy violations are found during the property inspection.

- Busselton’s close to natural wetlands, so from October to January you may notice some mosquitoes and midges, especially at dawn and dusk. It’s a normal part of the area. We recommend bringing repellent for a more comfortable stay.

To get you started, we supply essential items such as toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, tea, coffee, milk, and some cleaning products for the first couple of days. So practical

My friend and I stopped 2 nights. Everything was super clean beds and lounge were comfortable.There was nothing else we needed . I will definitely recommend this house and if I am this way again will book it again
