櫃檯女性員工，臉都很臭。離開飯店時，請某女性員工幫忙叫taxi,時態度冷淡，連我們跟他們說謝謝再見時，回都不回一聲的。似乎不是很歡迎台灣客人。飯店服務業不優。但若只是想有個落腳睡覺的地方也是可以接受的

お掃除６日中２回だけ。毎日が当たり前。バスタオル…今日はない!と言われた。あり得ない！金庫が急に音が鳴り出し、撤去してバスルームへ。外へ出すよう指示するも　ご迷惑お掛けしたとの言葉もない。フロントの数名は、全く笑顔なし!お掃除の方々は礼儀正しく笑顔たっぷりでした。

Die Unterkunft hat eine super Lage und einen sensationellen Blick vom Balkon über die umliegende Gegend. Zimmergröße ebenfalls top, Dusche schön heiß und starker Wasserdruck. Womit wir leider nicht so happy waren, war die Sauberkeit. Es war super staubig und nicht gut geputzt. Haste auf dem Boden, sehr kaputte Handtücher. Wenn das genauer unter dir Lupe genommen würde, wäre es wirklich perfekt

2泊しました。部屋自体は新しく、過ごしやすかったが、清掃が一切なく、せめてタオル交換、ゴミ回収はして欲しかったです。バスローブ有りとの事でしたがありませんでした。あとシャンプーのみでコンディショナー無し。ハコは良いのに残念でした。

부산역과의 거리나 여러면에서 괜찮은 숙소였습니다.
동생과 부산여행 하면서 잡은 숙소였는데, 일단 룸 업그레이드 해주셔서 감사했습니다. 그런데 룸 청소상태는 조금 먼지들이 있었고 어메니티나 나머지는 다 만족했습니다.

위치 너무 좋고 부산항 바다뷰 최고였습니다. 테라스쪽 청소가 아쉽지만, 테라스니만큼 어쩔수 없는 부분이 있었으리라 생각되어요. 야경뷰도 만끽할수 있었고 교통편도 너무 편안하고 조용해서 추천할만한 곳이라 생각되어요.

가성비 매우 좋습니다 위치도 바로앞이 버스정류장이라 바로바로 버스타고 자갈치시장이나 서면가기 매우 좋았어요 항구뷰에 작지만 테라스도 있습니다 신식건물이라 화장실도 깔끔하고 하루쉬다오기 매우 만족스러웠습니다

전반적으로 만족 방이 좀 좁아요
개업한지 얼마안되어서 전체적으로 시설은 깨끗하고 베란다가 있어 편리하고 바다뷰가 일부이나 보기 좋았어요. 하지만 레지던스라서 그런지 필요없는 싱크대가 공간을 차지해서 가득이나 좁은방이 더 좁은 느낌이었습니다
