"I had a studio apartment on the top floor. Very clean. Room was serviced twice while I was there for 7 nights. Very quiet. 3 minutes from the beach and plenty of restaurants and grocery stores nearby. The rooftop is really nice with two hottubs and a few loungers. I would return."

"Booked at last minute due to a flight cancelation. Staff were very helpful and welcoming. Room was clean and spacious with quiet aircon. Comfy pillows and bed. Two of our party had to leave early the next day for fights - warm croissants and cup of tea were put out for us in the bar. So thoughtful!"

Das Haus ist sogar noch schöner als auf den Fotos, sehr sauber, ruhig gelegen und wirklich hervorragend ausgestattet – von Kaffeemaschine und Spülmaschine bis zu Wasserspender, Gefrierschrank und Eiswürfelmaschine ist alles vorhanden.Simone ist ein sehr freundlicher und aufmerksamer Gastgeber. Besonders nett war der Willkommenskuchen bei unserer Ankunft. Auch die Lage ist ideal: Strand, Pisa und Viareggio sind gut erreichbar.Für uns hat alles gepasst – wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt empfehlen."

"Breakfast had lots of variety. This location, while a bit of a walk from the train station .. the walking path was smooth. Viareggio is a great place from which to visit by train the cities of Cinque Terre. Wifi was steady. Requested staff to review the pictures and sq ft shown on Expedia. Staff changed our room at our request when the room assigned was not the same layout as the room pictured (smaller)."

"We had an absolutely wonderful stay and can highly recommend this beautiful property.The communication with the hosts was excellent from start to finish – they were always friendly, helpful, and quick to respond.The location is simply stunning, surrounded by beautiful scenery and so peaceful. The house is spacious and offers plenty of room to relax. With four comfortable bedrooms, there was more than enough space for everyone. The kitchen was exceptionally well equipped with everything we needed.The huge swimming pool was a real highlight of our stay and perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. We also loved that there is a lovely beach just 20 minutes away by car, a good supermarket only 10 minutes away, and several excellent restaurants within a 15–20 minute drive.One of our favorite little details was the friendly chickens that came to visit every morning – it added so much charm and made the experience feel even more special.We have already started dreaming about coming back. Thank you for a truly unforgettable holiday!"
