Some residents have “Hostal No” signs on their balconies opposing the tourist accommodations. The dispute concerning the use and alteration of common areas led to litigation between the homeowners’ association and the lodging/property operator, including court rulings in 2023 and 2024. The signs were still present during our August 2026 stay, although this did not cause us any problems. Otherwise the room and the location were perfect for us.

Al llegar nos sorprendió ver que el apartamento está en la planta -1, pero tiene ventanas al exterior y es perfecto para unos días en pareja. Equipado con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días, todo estaba muy nuevo y limpio. A 10 minutos del centro de Burgos caminando, aunque tras una pronunciada subida. Aparcar en la zona del apartamento fue fácil. A destacar también la comunicación con el anfitrión, muy rápida y efectiva. Sin duda, un sitio muy recomendable para alojarse y disfrutar de la ciudad.

Fijne, rustige omgeving. Op loopafstand van centrum. Keurig, schoon appartement met alle denkbare voorzieningen. In de ruime hal bij binnenkomst veel informatie te vinden over Burgos en omgeving. Top dagen gehad!
