The property is the combination of 2 separate semi-detached houses, identified as DE2959.621.1 and DE2959.621.2, and it is important to note that there is no internal connecting door between the 2 separated properties.
On the ground floor, you will find a welcoming living and dining room featuring a flat screen satellite TV, radio, and DVD player, with direct access to the terrace. The ground floor also includes a fully equipped kitchenette fitted with an oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, and an electric coffee machine. A second kitchenette is also available, equipped with an oven, 4 ceramic hobs, a refrigerator, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, and an electric coffee machine. 2 shower rooms with WC complete the ground floor facilities.
The upper floor hosts all 4 bedrooms, each featuring sloping ceilings that lend the space a charming character. 2 of the bedrooms are each furnished with 1 double bed measuring 2 x 90 cm with a length of 200 cm, while the remaining 2 bedrooms each contain 2 single beds measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length.
