「Everyone was very friendly」

「My favorite hotel in Washington D.C.」

「Great」

「This review is not about the hotel, but about Expedia's problems. The Expedia booking page is very confusing, but first of all, a $50 deposit is charged. Also, breakfast is not free. In addition, when booking through Expedia, even if you select the on-site payment option, you cannot get a receipt from the hotel front desk. Expedia should display this more clearly, as it caused unnecessary stress in adjusting and confirming.」
