You will have access to the patio, and shared laundry. You'll also have access to the neighborhood pool and tennis courts. Pool is not heated.

They will contact you via email and/or text to complete the process. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in.

This is the upstairs of a single home that has been converted into 2 living spaces. The unit downstairs is also being rented. There are NO connecting doors. However the laundry area in the garage is shared with the other unit, and you might hear people moving around below or see them in the driveway.

Events are subject for approval, so you need to inform us in advance about your plans. For approved regular events, we charge $400 and those with large productions start at 1000.

Disclaimer: Please note that this is a duplex property. There is a $100 pet fee per pet weighing up to 25 lbs., with additional charges applicable for pets exceeding this weight limit. A maximum of 2 pets are permitted.

I rented the house for a whole week and we couldn't spend a single night there. From the moment we opened the front door, you could smell marijuana. I was traveling with my wife and four children, and it was definitely not a place where we could stay. I spoke with the host, and he didn't care at all about the situation, much less try to offer a solution. Basically, it was, "You already paid, so tough luck." I had to rent a hotel at the last minute. So, 2,500 down the drain. Stay away from this property!!

Stayed 7 nights in Nov 2025
