Very happy with my stay. Room was generously sized. Rooftop pool was lovely (and extremely quiet). The bed was one of the most comfortable hotel beds I have ever slept in. Location is excellent (grocery store right across the street). Highly recommend!

The staff was very accommodating. They stored our luggage for 2 days while we left on a tour. They gave us a take away breakfast because we had to leave early. Approximately 4 hrs into our staff they called to make sure everything was okay. We would highly recommend them!

Wonderful pre-cruise hotel

What can i say but we really enjoyed our stay ar Feirs hotel. From the minute we arrived via taxi cab when they were right there to take our luggage, the restaurant on site and the large, clean, comfortable room. Our bathroom was also a good size unlike some of the reviews i saw. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We were only there 2 nights pre-cruise but they had cleaning service every day. As other reviews said grocery store right across the street. Our room seems to have been renovated recently. Breakfast buffet was good. We would definitely stay here again!

The hotel has a great location, but it is an old hotel and no renovations have been done. The room is quite large with plenty of space, but the entire facility is old and unmaintained. Old wood, blankets with a storage smell, dusty walls, towels worn out from continuous use. When you go up to the terrace it is an old area with no facilities, the dirty pool is full of mold, the supposed bar is a chair with a table and a small mini bar with no attendants.

Bathroom was in poor condition- door was warped and wouldn’t close, toilet seat was broken. Shower head was broken. Front door to room didn’t close properly and hall noise could be heard. On our last day, there was TREMENDOUS construction noise in the room next door. It made me sick. This is at BEST a 2 * hotel. Restaurant was good.

Clean rooms and staff nice. Check in is slow and another example of tech making things worse. They want you downloading an app and then wait for an email that didn’t come to access you room key. In the end they did the old school and gave me a physical key!
