The staff were pleasant and helpful, and the location was good. However, our room was run-down. The shower head fell off, and the towels had a stains on them. They replaced the towels for us when we requested that, but overall, the hotel experience did not match up with the images and descriptions provided.

My friend and I stayed here for 5 nights from March 8th - March 13th, and what we really liked was the service and staff there. Everyone was super friendly to us and always ready to help. We had some issues with our luggage (unrelated to them) and they offered to let us use their phones to try and contact who we needed. What we did not like, was the hotel itself. The lift had this awful motion that made us feel sick every time it stopped; the aircon in our room was broken for the entire duration of our stay (which is not fun when you're in a hot south-american country); the wifi also stopped working halfway through our stay so we had no internet for the last 3 days which we really needed to be able to plan the next leg of our trip; and the general cleanliness of the room was quite disappointing-we had dead flies on the bathroom ceiling. Finally, the biggest issue was simply that our room (and the hotel quite frankly) does not look anything like the photos advertised on Expedia. The photos on Expedia are very heavily edited and carefully selected so as to not show you anything that might be wrong with the room. Other than that, the people were lovely and the breakfast was good.

Hotel? No - HELL-tel! No air conditioning in our room. Given a fan instead, that exploded with an electric shock that nearly killed a member of our family. So hot we could hardly sleep. Wi-Fi did not work. Location was good , but Will NEVER stay there again!

Well we stay for 9 days. And to be honest at first I was impressed. But two ir three days went bye. They only give us one toilet paper. And towels there was one o or two. That we went to the front desk to ask them and told us that they did not have any at the time. We had to wait one day to get clean towels. But the cleaning lady everyday she went and clean our room.

HEALTH & SAFTEY HAZARD

DISGUSTING. Gym has a treadmill that looks like it is from 1920 and DOES NOT work. There are no speeds, so you take your best guess and then about 30 seconds into running, it abruptly STOPS. This happened repeatedly. There is a random set of dangerous stairs leaned over next to the treadmill and two other machines have gross tears throughout the entire seat. This is NOTHING like the pictures on hotels.com advertise. Overall, it was a gross stay and I couldn't get out of there fast enough. Never using this platform again unless hotels.com handles this correctly. Cancelled my remaining stay.

Difícil contato por meio do aplicativo e o hotel. Precisei antecipar o chec-in, mandei o horário previsto e não recebi retorno. Chegamos por volta de 00:30 e só conseguimos uma acomodação quase 2h. Tivemos o incômodo de subir duas vezes para um quarto e ter que voltar para a recepção com as malas porque simplesmente os quartos estavam sem ter passado por camareira, todo bagunçado. Isto depois de ter pago uma diária e ainda ter complementado o valor porque o atendente cobrou errado. Arrumaram nossa hospedagem dividindo em dois quartos. No outro dia passamos para um triplo conforme reserva. Lamentável este episódio.

Razoável.

Pontos positivos: Ótimo custo benefício e boa localização. Pontos negativos: Chegamos e não havia toalhas no quarto, colocaram após 2 solicitações, pedimos um copo e foi dito que NÃO TINHA. Sem papel higiênico e quando solicitado deram um pela metade, fui pedir outro e novamente pela metade. Café da manhã bom, porém ovos estavam frios e eram 8 hrs.

A cereja do bolo foi quando o registro do chuveiro saiu na minha mão e jorrou água por todo o banheiro. A ducha do 1° quarto que fiquei, pois pedi para trocar, praticamente saía 1 fileira de água. Fora que o hotel é barulhento, o café da manhã é simples, mas tinha o básico, beem básico e todo dia exatamente igual. Experiência muito ruim. Bom, mas precisa melhorar

O hotel bem rigoroso quanto a antecipação do check in, não deixou nem 20 minutos antes. O primeiro quarto que nos alocaram tinha vazamento na pia, a descarga não funcionava e a janela não trancava, sendo que era em um andar com janela interna, para um pátio. Após a reclamação, trocaram o quarto para um melhor. Café da manhã e localização ótimos.

Péssimo hotel

Estadia péssima, nos quartos não tinha Frigobar, a cama era afundada e não era confortável, o telefone não estava funcionando então não conseguia contato com a recepção, o aquecedor/ar condicionado não estavam funcionando e não tinha secador de cabelo. Além disso o ralo do box do banheiro estava entupido.
