"Room was clean and roomy with all the amenities working well. Only problem was shower never turned hot. Most likely because of lots of occupancy in the facility. Otherwise a good option of an overnight stay. "

The location is perfect, just a short distance from Knott’s Berry Farm, making it super convenient for families planning a fun day at the park. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with anything we needed. You can really tell they care about their guests. It’s also very kid-friendly, which made our stay even more enjoyable and comfortable for the whole family. Overall, a great choice for anyone visiting the area especially if you’re traveling with kids"

"Stay was very comfortable for the price that was paid. The staff member that checked me in, didn’t give me any information other than my room key. They didn’t inform where the elevators or any of the amenities were, and didn’t give information about WiFi or where my room was located. They also asked for my license plate and felt rushed. Luckily, the room was booked early since the price shot up a few hundred dollars, otherwise the review would be different. We’re staying here again in May since the pricing was a deal, so hopefully the staff will give SOME information rather than letting their guest walk around blindly. If their check in service is this way, they might as well save the money from paying employees and use kiosks since all I was given was the room keys without information. "
