Guest access Guests have full access to the entire apartment, including the private garden and patio, for the duration of their stay.
There are a small number of locked cupboards used for cleaning and maintenance storage, which are not accessible to guests.
Other things to note House rules:
2 well-behaved dogs are welcome with prior approval. A cleaning fee of £50 is payable. Please ensure all pet waste is cleared and pets are not allowed on furniture. The garden is fenced but not completely dog proof, please keep dogs to your garden, and don’t allow them into other flats garden.
Check-in from 3pm. Check-out before 10am.

No smoking inside the property.
No parties, events or stag/hen dos.
No loud music and please keep noise to a minimum after 10pm.
