「The motel had everything we needed.A restaurant on site and good. 」

「I am a Japanese but stayed in Wollongong several times. The room is neat and tidy. I made a mistake in checking out date, but the staff member arranged the replacement hotel etc. When I offered a tip to him, he said it is a pure duty of the hotel member and didn't accept the tip, which impressed me very much. 「A great motel conveniently located not far from the town centre. Top marks for cleanliness. Garden area lovely and rooms spacious. We were in a room designed for people with a disability. While we didn't need the railings etc it's worth mentioning for those who might. Plenty of parking and lovely and quiet even on New Year's Eve. 」

「UOWに通う娘に、日本から荷物を届け、大学生活の様子を見るためにウーロンゴンに行きました。 料理と洗濯をしたかったのと、費用面からこちらのアパートメントホテルを選びました。 部屋は1人には広く、とても静かで良かったです。娘が居たのでフロントでの質問を自分でする事はありませんでしたが、調理器具や洗濯機の使い方などで色々と助けていただきました。 わずか2泊でしたが、娘のリクエストの料理を作り、洗濯もしてあげられて、日本から訪ねて行った意味があったと考える事ができました。 またウーロンゴンを訪れる時にはぜひ利用させていただきたいです。」

「When we arrived it took a long time before we were acknowledged at the desk, even though staff could see us. The room wasn’t ready even though we arrived 2 hours after checkin time, and we were asked to come back later. Bed wasn’t made to expected standard - only had fitted sheet and grey cover that had stains on it (we had to ask the bar for more sheets). No hot water for the first day of our stay which was particularly inconvenient because we were there to get ready for a wedding. The toilet...
