Location location location. Clean and spacious apartment next to St. Stephens basilica. The washing machine was a plus.

No receptionist and needs to communicate by whatapps. A little confusing how to get in the doors. Nice it has working elevators. The building seems to be shared with other apartments. Asked for service, but towels were not replaced. Did not vacumm. The St. Stephen church is nearby and you'll hear the bells rang.The place is fine.

Kept in contact with the hotel via whatsapp and they checked daily every morning if I needed anything or new towels. Location was 10/10 very central, air-con was very much needed.

Superb location. Everything worked well. Some of the spaces kitchen, toilet and bathroom entrances were narrow but no issues. Good size bed, sofa bed and pull out bed.

We had a very comfortable stay here as a family of four. The apartment is extremely spacious, which gave everyone plenty of room, and the location is excellent. The beautiful view of St. Stephen’s Basilica from the apartment was definitely a highlight. The apartment itself is a little dated, so there are some creaky floorboards and doors, and the water pressure in the shower is quite low. Also, because you are so close to the basilica, the bells begin ringing around 7:30 a.m. and continue every half hour, so this may not be the best choice if you’re hoping to sleep in. That said, these things did not take away from our overall experience. The location is incredibly convenient, with plenty of shops, cafés, restaurants, and a supermarket nearby, and it’s a great base for exploring Budapest on foot. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this apartment, especially for families looking for lots of space in a beautiful and very central location.

A spacious studio apartment with a window overlooking the central Bazilic Square. The kitchenette is fantastic: it features a coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster, and even a little stovetop for preparing breakfast. Cookware is provided, and the cherry on top is the private bathroom.

La ubicación inmejorable , tienes todo el transporte a la mano y desde tu ventana ves la basílica de San Esteban, la habitación grande con cocineta, falta dedicación en el aseo, el edificio antiguo y al abrir están los botes de basura, elevador sucio …. Viejo, la propiedad nos permitió guardar el equipaje por unas horas eso es excelente.

La ubicación es ideal, pero nuestra experiencia tuvo varios inconvenientes: el aire acondicionado no funcionó, tampoco el wifi, y no nos proporcionaron toallas de manos ni de piso. Como compensación, nos ofrecieron hacer el check-out una hora más tarde, lo cual agradecemos.

O quarto é amplo, o pé-direito alto melhora muito todo o espaço e a ventilação. Com o calor de 38°C que pegamos, o quarto se manteve fresco, mesmo com o ar-condicionado desligado. O chuveiro poderia ter mais pressão de água, mas ok, talvez no inverno seja um problema maior. O que incomodou foram as cortinas, elas precisam bloquear melhor o sol, com poucas horas de noite, cortinas que não bloqueiam a luz atrapalham bastante a qualidade do sono. Em síntese, tivemos uma experiência boa, pois a localização é excepcional, fácil acesso a todos os transportes, pontos turísticos, restaurantes, cafés, farmácia, mercado e lojas.

Old and poorly maintained building, but the apartment itself was renovated. The shower experience was terrible: not only was the water pressure very weak, but the shower was also leaking from the top and flooding the entire bathroom. The main bedroom light bulb was burned out, leaving the room quite dark at night. The heating system was not working, although the hot air conditioning managed to compensate, except in the bathroom, which remained cold. The safe was locked and unusable. On the positive side, the daily cleaning service worked well, and the cleaning staff member was very attentive. In addition, the location was exceptional.

Location is selling this apt. Owner or Property Mgr was very nice but the place needs repair and money put back into it. Out of the 4 huge windows to get fresh air and view the Bazilika, only 1 in the main bedroom (out of three) worked with a broken handle and the others do not open. One opened into bare living room. The pullout couch was broken where you couldn't sleep on one side. A light was out in the bathroom. We were told since the windows were stuck closed there is Air Conditioning however you couldn't touch the thermostat. The place needs attention. The walls are bare, chair stained with some liquid and all the faucets and pipes need to be cleaned to rid the rust and spots. For as much is charged, (and I've stayed at old apts all over Europe) this place needs money put back into it. I worked recommend staying elsewhere. Also the bldg itself, on the inside has missing tiles, garbage in hallway, missing glass on windows. I works not feel comfortable solo traveling here. It did not positively impact our trip and memory in Budapest.
