The staff were friendly and helpful. The waterfall shower was excellent. I wasn't a fan of the mattress though. Breakfast was decent. Good value stay in a lovely city.

The property is clean. They offer breakfast with a good price and meals. Close to main train station, subway, and bus line. I feel that the neighborhood is a bit unsafe though.

Outperforms it’s star rating comfortably. Great location if arriving in Budapest by train. Plenty of dining options nearby. Clean, comfortable room, strong wifi, good shower. Supermarket across the road. Would book again.

I took 3 nights there this year. I liked the breakfast. But on the last day I had stomach problems because of the breakfast. The coconut milk drink was obviously spoiled. T he worker took it away with no apologize. I had few hours of headache and vomiting. It is very rare for me and the reason was their breakfast, because I eat one meal a day!

Ok place but it felt unorganized

Problem with the air-conditioning that didnt work when we arrived and didnt get fixed when we asked for someone to look at it. It got fixed when we asjed again the day after so we were lucky that it wasnt that hit those nights. The room cleaning coudl happened at any time. 16:30 at the latest and we tried to rest a bit so we asked them to come back to clean later but that wasnt possible. We asked them instead to just give us new towels but they were out ot towels so we didnt get any. Good location and things were ok but i dont get hoelw its a 4 start hotel.

The hotel was situated close to the railway station which gave easy access to the public transport network enabling getting around easy. The reception staff were very welcoming & helpful. The room was compact but functional & immaculately clean when we arrived. There weren’t any frills added like a welcoming bottle of water in the room or tea/coffee making facilities which was disappointing. However the breakfast was good with cold & warm options available. There were plenty of restaurants & fast food places within easy walking distance as no meals other than breakfast are served here. There was a mini bar in the room which was chargeable but there was also a spar supermarket on the corner within a few metres to stock ip eith snacks & drinks.

It was a really lovely property, the host attentive, check in easy. However (huge), all of the lights in common areas were on automatic, and it's impossible to turn them off or on manually. Taking a shower, you're left in the dark, same when taking a crap. The light in kitchen the turns on and off every 30 seconds or so, maddening. It's a real shame!

Great hotel. Over road from train station, clean, modern, extremely reasonably priced. Only a few pound more than the East Station Deluxe which is a scruffy hostel. This hotel is the best in the area for the price.
