The hotel is perfect….except the air con could be better The staff were really friendly and helpful, the rooms big & clean, and the breakfast was great Location wise, you couldn’t ask for more - we are already planning our next trip and will definately be using this hotel

The is a great hotel to stay at. With the station and buses within 2 minutes, everything is easy to get to. We did the hop on bus for 48 hours and it’s owned by the same company so you can go for the cheaper option and use both buses. We booked it through the hotel. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The breakfast is perfectly fine and there is hot and continental food available and plenty of it. The rooms are a good size too. More than happy to recommend this hotel.

Overall, the hotel was good. The proximity to both public transportation and walkable sights was good. The location of the safe on the floor of the closet was not user-friendly because you had to get down on the floor to access it. Though the breakfast buffet had many choices and it was presented nicely, the items that were supposed to be hot (in chafing dishes) was cold.

What a find…everything you need from a hotel fir a city break in Budapest. Excellent location…2 minutes from the metro and 5 mins from the Parliament building. Modern and clean, excellent service.

Lovely hotel which was very central. Staff were welcoming & always friendly when passing reception. My only complaint was a lack of fresh fruit at breakfast time. Only the first morning had fresh melon & watermelon.

Definiely stay here again

Interesting hotel in a great location. Some other reviewers disliked this being a single floor in a larger building but i liked it. It added something new to experience. Breakfast was good. The cost was fantastic, especially for the location. Our room was little tight with no view but it served its purpose. We would definitely stay here again

Hotel in a great location, close to lots of tourist sites, metro, restaurants. Top staff, this is what makes the hotel even more pleasant. The reception staff are very experienced and friendly (smiling, very attentive and accommodating, full marks for the staff). The only small point to improve is the breakfast, team very friendly, but every day they asked me for my room number to confirm perhaps that I am staying in their hotel. In summary, I highly recommend the hotel, it was an excellent stay.

The room and staff were great. Only two minor quibbles: they should provide a couple of bottles of water in each room, and when the toaster quits working in the breakfast area - they should have that replaced by the next day. No toast, really?
