This place was incredible! We were in Prague and Vienna before this and both places were approximately the same price, for much less. This room exceeded my expectations! The room was spacious, furniture was comfortable and extremely clean. The staff at the hotel were wonderful. I have no complaints at all. I would recommend others stay here. Also, an extremely convenient factor to consider is that this hotel is walking distance from a metro line. We bought a 72-hour travel pass and were able to access all types of public transit throughout the city. Loved this place!

Accommodation is very nice and clean. Rooms are great and well appointed with plenty of space. The staff were super helpful and there is a 24 hour reception desk. It feels like a hotel, but with a fully equipped apartment for self catering. We had a great stay here in an excellent location in Budapest. Highly recommend this property

The main impression we took away was how incredibly pleasant and helpful the reception staff were. Nothing was too much trouble for them. We would single out Veronika and Bernadette, and especially Balint, who prepared a print-out of suggested places to visit. Wonderful!

The hotel has a central location in Budapest that makes it an ideal choice for walking tours of the city . The suites are spacious and are comfortable enough to consider a home away from home . Excellent place , highly recommended after several years of repeat visits .

Clean and spacious. The washer dryer combo was super-handy, as was the iron. I could not get the tv in the bedroom to work, but the WiFi was awesome and more handy in any event.

What a wonderful hotel! My wife and I stayed here with our daughter over the holidays and it was a magnificent stay. The staff was friendly, the room was extremely spacious and clean, and the location was perfect. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go, yet it was far enough away from the hustle and bustle that it was quiet and safe. Overall, we highly recommend staying at Mamaison Residence Izabella!
