Clean hotel. Good location for bars. Breakfast only warm at best. Door often left open so cold in the bar. Everyone seems to smoke. Didn’t like would be stood outside smoking so smell would come in and then they would come in and serve food and drinks.

Excellent service from cleaning staff, breakfast staff, through to those working on reception. Food at breakfast is plentiful, with fresh coffee or hot drink just a tap on a machine away. Great location in the old town, not too far to walk to Christmas markets. Rooms clean and spacious. Would recommend staying here.

Great stay. Ideal location for exploring the city. Lovely room super clean. Receptionist very helpful and friendly. Didnt book breakfast so cant comment but it is in the restaurant next door. Would 100% recommend 5*

Room was clean with modern furniture. All thought very small. Bathroom has a very horrible sewerage smell all the time . Couldn’t stay in there for long. Cleaners very early in the morning very loud for about a hour Sounded like they were right outside our door. We could not hear outside noise from our room . Breakfast was ok not great but did the job . Wouldn't stay here again as not keen on how small the room was and the bathroom smell and also the noisy cleaners. No outside noise from our room though

I have emailed you multiple times and no answer...very disappointing. We have a problem. We are a group of 5 and we checked in on the 11th. As we checked in on the 11th, Jad Khalil informed them before that he will not be staying on the 12 to 13. The receptionist confirm to us that he canceled it. Today the hotel confirmed to us that they did not charge expedia for the second day of Jad khalil. Why are you charging me? you are taking all the money...and that is not right. The hotel did cancel the reservation of Jad Khalil but you are still getting the money from my card...the hotel have confirmed that they did not charge expedia for the 12 to 13 stay of Jad khalil. So please could you refund the one night of Jad khalil? From the 12 to the 13th!!!!If you did not answer to this email... i will have to post this on Facebook and instagram.

Upon arrival at the old town boutique hotel the street where it is situated it very run down looking and not very inviting , went upstairs to the reception area which looked nice the man on the desk not exactly a warm welcome anyway we checked in got in out room and well it certainly is not a 4* establishment patches on the walls and it’s big patches of what looked like damp that had been washed down and not repainted , the bed sheet on the single bed had holes in it the headboards on the beds were dirty , the bathroom was actually awful hair in and around the sink the inside shower on the floor the tiles are old and worn and the grout is very dirty looking the shower head all tarnished and some of the silicone pieces missing shower door don’t close properly ,the water went from normal to scalding hot then cold not a pleasant shower at all, the toilet roll holder is all rusty and disgusting with a disgusting looking toilet brush also on it , door frame in the bathroom broken and not attached to the wall , breakfast was included well that also wasn’t very nice the hot selection was cold and had been sitting from 7.30 no lids on the hot food the coffee was luke warm from a coffee machine , I would not recommend this hotel at all I wish I could attach the photos of the bedroom and bathroom this has been for me the worst hotel I’ve stayed at !!!

Un bel hotel considerando qualità/prezzo. Pulito e a due passi dalla movida. Peccato che avevo prenotato per 3 notti dopo la prima siamo rimasti fuori la stanza . Un addetto ci ha registrato come check out. Affittando la stanza a terze persone. Con i nostri bagagli ancora sparsi in camera. Dopo un ora ci hanno trovato un altra sistemazione in un altro Hotel . MAI SUCCESSO IN TANTI ANNI CHE VIAGGIO!

The hotel is very well located. Street is noisy only on week end. Staff were great. Hotel was very clean. My only concern was the mirror in the shower/bathroom. Had an incident one night when I went to the bathroom without turning on the light. As a result of that I saw a light on the other side of the mirror which was turned off few seconds after I reached the light . Was it 2 way mirror? Mentioned it to the manager however did not believe it could be possible. I would say it was a great hotel however be leery of mirrors in the shower.

Great location in the old town, close to all the key sights plus a multitude of restaurants, bars and shops. A special shout-out to the hotel's incredibly helpful staff, who lent me an adaptor when mine broke and also arranged for me to have a packed breakfast one morning when I was doing a day trip which necessitated a very early start.

The stay was okay not the best booked queen bed and got given small double then we asked to move rooms to bigger bed they moved us then we went to new room witch had queen bed but had a small double blanket so we asked for another blanket and they give it to us but said you can make it your self and also it says luxury bedding definitely wasn’t poor quality the hotel was really hot and ac didn’t work it was very loud from other people staying and partying in room so we rang reception to ask them to speak to them so we went back to bed 10 minutes later the receptionist knocked the door and told us no one was making noise why did we ring very un professional we understand they can’t help people parting but other hotels I’ve stayed they have sorted the problem straight away

Ideally located in old town. Room was small but adequate. Shower was very temperamental, water temperature changed without adjusting the setting numerous times. Thin walls, was woken by noisily coming back to their room.

The hotel was in a central location in the Old Town, although well connected to public transport. The rooms, although small were well appointed, comfortable and clean. Breakfast was good in the restaurant below the hotel.
