Only thing was we couldn’t find instructions for the cooker and to put the hot water on but we nipped over to reception and they were helpful (with the hot water and we worked out the cooker!!). Fabulous stay and would love to come back!"

"We loved our weekend in the Butler's Flat at Solsgirth Home Farm. The accommodation was very spacious, well presented and comfortable. The gift hamper on arrival is amazing, this is a lovely touch. Help was always on hand if needed and exploring the local area was great. All in all a fantastic farm stay!"

"We had an absolutely great weekend. House is lovely and has everything you need. We stayed as a family and house suited all ages. Pub at the end of the road was great for takeaway and a little drink"

"This is the most interesting location we have stayed due to the age of the home and amount of property. It was like stepping back in time with modern amenities. We used this as our home base to visit Stirling, Edinburgh, and Glasgow. It worked out well. If looking to get away from the business and noise of the city, it would be a good spot to relax and enjoy the property."

Great to have a small supermarket next door. The minor issue for us was having only one parking space per apartment although there was a lot of on street parking available. "The hotel once our Sat Nav got us there was very very good. The staff were all lovely and friendly. The room was spacious and beautifully clean with a lovely big bathroom with a full size bath and shower. The breakfast was really lovely again really friendly helpful staff. Our evening meal was also a delight and reasonably priced. My husband bought me a hot stones massage from the Spa for my birthday. It was done by the lovely LJ and was so relaxing. We finished our visit off with an afternoon tea It was so good. But so much we brought a lot of it home in boxes. We’d definitely go back. "
