"Every staff member we encountered was kind and helpful. Location was very good for what I needed. We had hoped the campus shuttle ran more often on the weekend, but that was not a problem with the inn itself. Clean, though small rooms. Coffee in the room tasted terrible and coffee in the lobby costs $2/cup so I was very unhappy with that, but if that's the worst of it, that's not too bad. Would stay again for sure if anything brought me this way again."

"We had a wonderful stay at the Hyatt New Brunswick! Our flight was delayed, causing us to arrive much later than expected for check-in, but the staff handled our late arrival with exceptional care and professionalism. From the moment we arrived, the customer service was outstanding. The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Our children especially enjoyed spending time in the pool, which was a highlight of our trip. We also had a concern during our stay, and it was addressed immediately with professionalism, kindness, and genuine care. The level of hospitality we received truly made us feel valued as guests. We greatly appreciated the attentiveness of the staff and the overall quality of our experience. We will definitely stay here again and highly recommend the Hyatt New Brunswick to anyone visiting the area!"

"Firstly, the front entrance was very dark. I had to get out of my car just to verify that the front door was open. Secondly, the front desk attendant was very rude toward my daughter and me. She didn’t acknowledge us or even look at us. She only asked for the deposit and handed me the room key without lifting her eyes toward us. I didn’t leave the hotel because it was late at night and I had to get up early for job training. The rest of the hotel was acceptable, but the poor customer service and unwelcoming atmosphere at check-in made the stay disappointing."
