Información falsa en la oferta y mal servicio

Muy mal, cuando llegue al hotel me dijeron que no trabajan con hoteles.com por lo.cual no tenían confinada ma reserva. Me pidieron una tarifa muy superior a la ofertada en la página. La ubicación que da la página está mal, el anfitrión tuvo una actitud muy grosera. Finalmente no me pude quedar en el lugar.

Malo o deshonesto

Fue un hotel cómodo, pero NO respetaron el acuerdo de pago que se hizo a través de la página de hoteles.com sino que me llamaron a decir que no utilizaban la página y que ese precio no era correcto entonces le subieron el precio, lo cual no fue cierto porque hoteles.com nos dijo que el hotel llamó a decirles que habíamos hecho otro acuerdo, sin embargo se hizo porque ellos mintieron. El servicio del hotel fue muy básico, en la página ofrecían tina de burbujas pero solo la prendieron el día que ya nos fuimos entonces no la alcanzamos a usar, habían cucarachas en la cocina y era una cocina muy regular sin buen mantenimiento. No lo recomiendo.
