"Leaking air conditioning unit with a flood of liquid on the floor affecting clothes and shoes. Some amazing staff but had a sense there was a lack of direction. Very expensive food and drinks. Very poor knowledge of food allergies despite emailing weeks in advance and speaking with staff at check ..."

"Top notch, wonderful experience! Grounds are gorgeous and creative! Everyone there is helpful and friendly. Loved the room and the fact it had an outdoor shower! Food was delish and fresh. I could go on and on! My only complaint is that we couldn't stay longer!"
