Hotel is conveniently located to the train station and the main shopping/dining area. It was super quiet as well which was very nice. However, carpets in the room were heavily stained.

Have been coming to Hotel Butterfly for many summers as a base to hike the mountains and enjoy Zermatt. Close to train station, excellent staff, delicious and varied breakfast, clean and well appointed rooms and lobby and food related areas, safe and quiet surroundings. I could go on and on. See you next summer ☺️
