"Booked an upgraded room but did not receive one. Refrigerator was missing, tv remote was missing a battery, sink and shower were not cleaned from previous stay. No premium snacks were available as stated in booking. Great for 1 night stay, otherwise not worth it. "

"Coffee machine is broken, Makeup Remover wipe is dry out. False fire alarm broke out at 5am and no staff in the hotel communicate to the residents. Staff in the bar are rather rude and not too helpful. Staff comes in and make the room but not really make the bed or refill anything. What i can recognize is just put back the bath towel i used and flip the floor map. The mess and dirt have left on the floor for more than 1days at the water machine and yet no one clean up. Not recommend at all"

"When I checked in I was assigned to a room which was not cleaned so I have to request another room. The other room has so many problems. First the door lock is loose; someone can just push it from outside to open the door. Second the TV is damaged. Third there is no chair. Fourth there is no coffee machine. Fifth there is no hairdryer. Therefore, I request a $35 partial refund for the stay. Also I was asked for a $20 safety deposit and I was told it will be returned, but the $20 was never be returned to me. "

"I booked with Expedia. We arrived late at night and the two bed room we booked had been given to someone else. They did get us a room with a bed and a pull out couch. In the morning, the general manager said she would and did get us a two bed room when we returned from the race track. So, started not good and ended up good."

"I checked into the hotel expecting a clean and livable stay, but the room conditions were unacceptable and uninhabitable. Upon entering, I immediately noticed multiple roaches throughout the room, including near the bed and bathroom area. The condition of the room made me feel extremely uncomfortable and unable to safely stay there. I brought the issue to the attention of hotel staff right away, and I was verbally assured that I would receive a refund due to the conditions. However, despite being promised a refund by word of mouth, the refund has still not been processed or reflected back to me. I am requesting that the agreed refund be honored promptly due to the unlivable conditions of the hotel room and the inconvenience caused."
