This one-of-a-kind lakefront oasis boasts the best swimming beach you will find with 277' of sandy shoreline! Ideal spot for swimming, sun bathing, fishing and making unforgettable memories with family and friends. This 5,378 SF retreat features 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and living/rec spaces on each level, with a 2nd kitchenette area on the upper and bar on the lower and is the perfect location for large family gatherings and an ideal rental for groups or corporate events. All 3 levels walkout to the stunning lake views. Superb clarity and fantastic fishing. Enjoy the fire ring, kayaks, Stand Up Paddle board, ice fishing opportunities. Enjoy a piece of history, as this is the original site of locally, well-known Horseshoe Ballroom and in 2006 was magnificently renovated to this extraordinary waterfront dream. Made for a great bachelor/ette weekend!

The space was humongous and allowed for the 10 of us to hangout all weekend! The private beach made for quite a relaxing day. The property provided a giant yard for games, big bonfire pit, kayaks and a giant lily pad for floating. The hosts provided everything we needed like beach towels, dry wood and a blackstone for grilling. Communication was fast and convenient and I would definitely stay here again!! This sounds like a paid review but it was just that great!

Bachelor Party

This property is AWESOME! We had a bachelor party there and had 12 guests. Everyone had their own bed to sleep in and the amenities that this place offers is above and beyond! Lake is good sized, the beach is HUGE and the pontoon is the cherry on top for a nice cruise around the lake or fishing! Would highly suggest this property for large party’s. Thank you to the host for making my buddy’s bachelor party very memorable!

Very disappointing experience. We had to check out early due to significant flooding in the kitchen. The unit had a strong mildew smell, and the baseboards were warped from previous water damage, indicating ongoing water issues. The pictures online did not match the actual condition. The bathroom ceiling was taped with duct tape. The host, Jonathan, was rude and unprofessional.

Family Wedding in Clarissa

We had a family wedding in Long Prairie with reception in Clarissa. The Mother of the groom(my 1st cousin ) lives in Pine Island Lake . We wanted to spend the weekend. There were 10 of us. We were able to bring our boat and spend time on the lake - it was wonderful! This place was awesome - nice and spacious for 10 people. Definitely beats 5 mediocre hotel rooms in Long Prairie. This rental was only a 10 min back road drive to/from reception hall. We highly recommend staying here. We will definitely be booking again for the next family gathering in Browerville! Thank you so much!!
