"My family really enjoyed this property. Reasoning for the 4/5 is much of things in the property are worn out and off putting. For instance, it has two basketballs hoops. One no longer has the backboard the other the backboard is broken in half. Both are sagging and practically unusable. The buttons for thw hot tub are broken, the shower faucets are all very short making then uncomfortable to use for taller people, many of the fans are broken or don't turn on at all. That said, my family and I enjoyed the feeling and size of this property and would return given the chance."
