「We enjoyed everything at the hotel. The rooms are a bit dated but I didn't mind that too much - it added to the charm because everything worked absolutely fine (shower, TV, kettle). The dining room is very grand and the food exceptional. The staff in the restaurant were super. Most of the staff elsewhere in the hotel were very good and welcoming. However, the service at the bar was the weakest point. I think maybe the woman was just having a bad day but she a) didn't know how to make the...

「This was one of the most enjoyable stays I’ve experienced in recent years. The area of Brockenhurst is stunning and I’m very glad Rhinefield House Hotel was my base to explore it. The grounds were gorgeous and the staff were extremely conscientious and made the atmosphere. The breakfast made the perfect start to the day and I’d definitely visit again. 」

「Great location a 15 minute from the centre of Canterbury. Very clean , great breakfast with lots of choice & wonderful hosts. Would stay here again & highly recommend . Definitely 10 out of 10. 」

「Overall the stay went well, although the room did not meet expectations after seeing pictures, with it feeling worn and in need of refurbishment, and the car park full of pot holes. You could also hear guests in other rooms, especially as they flushed toilets, used the shower, and made noise. Staff were friendly and inviting and beds comfortable. I would mark it more within 3.5 stars than the advertised 4 star. 」
