Worst of all, the host was extremely rude, made up a lie claiming I had 5 people over to the house, and after I checked out was charged an extra $$$. This is a total scam / attempted extortion. I have disputed with my credit card company."

"Hosts Ines and Hans are very lovely and welcoming. Very lovely house in the mountains with everything you need. The house is split in to two sides. It has everything you need: well equipped kitchen, two bathrooms and a toilet, three bedrooms. Just bear in mind that house is only accessible via gondola. You need to leave your car in a parking garage and get a gondola up to the house. The area is very good and the views are amazing. We had an amazing time! "

"Our stay was perfect.Booking was easy, Chris’ instructions clear as day and communicating with him was quick and friendly, the house is situated beautifully, it was spotless clean, and while it may look a bit outdated it has everything one need and more (sharp knives for instance, something lacking in lots of rentals we have visited over the years). Oh yeah, it was also very reasonably priced.All in all, a must-go-to if one wants to visit Emmetten and its (beautiful) surroundings."
