My family enjoyed our stay here. Breakfast was good, very convenient and close to shopping centers. The reason for the 4 star rating is because some of the rooms are not noise proof so we can hear doors slams or people making noises at night. Overall, great place for family holidays!

Location is fantastic. Close to Queen St Mall, Roma St Station and many busses. Room fantastic also. Clean. Lovely bed. Staff took a long time to respond to requests. Concierge was not usually around. All that said, we'll stay there again next time we're in Brisbane.
