気になった点 : 清潔度、チェックイン、コミュニケーション、掲載情報の正確さ
This is a very large but tired and poorly maintained town house. The photos hide this. We had to vacuum insects and crumbs from the couch on arrival. We couldn’t use one of the upstairs showers because it would leak through the ceiling to downstairs. There is a door behind the fridge to the neighbours kitchen so you hear crying kids often but even worse - the house smelt like cooking (fish) when arrived and needed to air it out every time we came back. The lighting was either non-existent or too bright. The outside area and garage looked like a set for a horror movie and smelt like cat piss. I had to contact the property manager multiple times on the day of arrival to get the check in information. The pool table was falling apart. The good points were the beds seemed clean, there were enough utensils in the kitchen to make food, and it is in a good location for Nissan Arena and Sunnybank. But despite this would not stay again.
