The house must have been photoshopped
When seeing the photo's on line it looked like a very large back yard with the ramp for our aged dog to get up on the verandah! When we got there it is postage stamp size very disappointing although our old dog had died before we got to take him for a holiday. Sad! The ramp was the only thing that this property had going for it. It was hot as an oven with no Air Con and also did not have windows that allowed any breeze if there was any to enter the property. No dishwasher and we had to pay a bond that will take 2 weeks to clear if the property is rated clear from the bond. We also had to pay for cleaning??? But had to clean the property ourselves to leave it as it was when we arrived so we may get our bond back???? What was the cleaning cost for??? The furniture was not clean i.e. the wardrobe had never been vacuumed at all so to remove their pillows I had to find somewhere clean to store them. We took our own linen and pillows etc etc. The property had belongings in every place so we were hesitant to touch anything. Not a happy stay and in future we will have grannie stay home with the animals as she was not well with the heat and could not sleep at all. The ceiling fans were useless and the two other fans were helpful however nothing eased the sweating that we did for our three days. There was a lovely leather lounge that was covered with filthy stretch covers that we felt we could not remove as they were there, and remembering our bond? but they kept falling off all the time. Painful. The photo's showed wooden floors that we needed but the lounge and bedrooms were all carpet which was negative because of Grannie's Asthma. Do you need any more info. The house was enclosed on three sides by high fences so no relief from the heat as no breeze could reach the pathetic windows. It was an old fibro fishing shack with a little upgrading i.e. another bathroom and the ramp. The only benefit was the nearness of the beach which we could not get to often as it was bucketing down with rain most of the time. End of my Rant! My advice would be to take the wide angle lens off to give a more accurate feel to the size of the yards.
